Outside Sales Representative
Description:
Close sales for service with qualified customer leads
Responsibilities:
Meet with qualified customer leads at the address provided, and close the sale for service.
This job requires the representative to confirm a service date, and collect a pre-determined deposit amount by money order, or credit/debit card.
The representative is also responsible for obtaining demolition permits from the relevant agencies, no less than 10 days prior to starting a project.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum, five years of verifiable sales experience in the construction/demolition industry.
Satisfactory employment history, with a strong work ethic is a must. Those with an unstable employment history need not apply, as their application will not be considered for this vacancy.
No felony convictions, violent, non violent, or otherwise. The representative will be entering into the customer’s home or other premises, unsupervised.
Therefore it is absolutely crucial that the representative has a clear criminal history. **Misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case by case basis** however, those with drug charges, or d.u.i’s need not apply, as their application will not be considered for this vacancy.
The applicant must agree to thorough background screenings, of which includes, employment verification, drug testing, and criminal records checks, prior to being considered for this vacancy.
Pay & Benefits
The representative will earn a generous 6% of the pre-determined deposit amounts from each sale for service they close.
Payday is every other Friday via direct deposit, and will include every commission earned by the representative from the previous two weeks of sales reports.
There is no base salary, which means this position is strictly commission based, however, the representative will enjoy monthly performance bonuses, and an annual six day, seven night, all expenses paid vacation for them, and their families, to a destination of their choice, should they meet the following criteria.
The vacation incentive will be awarded to the representative with the highest grossing annual sales report. Winning representatives must also be in compliance with their yearly sales quota in order to receive the vacation bonus.
* Disclaimer, Just because a representative may be the highest grossing, it doesn’t mean they met their sales quota. We’re not just going to give it away to random representatives, it must be earned.
The representative will receive a list of qualified customer leads via email every day to follow up on. Representatives work remotely, from home, but will be required to check in everyday in order to receive their commissions.
Outside sales representatives are employees, not independent contractors, this means that all representatives are eligible for 401(k)‘s and any other benefits that we offer.

Lead Generation Specialists
Description:
Qualify customer leads by confirming their needs for our service offerings.
Responsibilities:
Accept incoming calls from prospective customers who express interest in our service offerings, and convert them into qualified customer leads, by gathering information about their project needs, and confirming that they are ready for us to get started on their project ASAP.
Once a customer has been qualified, the next step is to schedule an in person appointment, preferably at the project address, with one of our sales representatives, who will meet with them directly, to discuss pricing, and service options during a detailed walk through estimate of the project site, or in-home consultation.
Required Qualifications:
Some experience qualifying customers is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
Must have at least a basic proficiency in sending and receiving emails, and overall computer knowledge. This position can be fast paced, so the specialist will need to work, and communicate well with customers, and staff under pressure, all while keeping up with the pace of the job.
Excellent communication skills are a must! The specialist is often the first person a perspective customer makes contact with, when inquiring about our services, so positive first impressions are a key element in conversions.
The ability to manage multiple tasks at once is an essential skill that we look for when screening potential candidates for this role. During the interview, candidates will be asked to demonstrate this proficiency.
Clean criminal records are a must! Those with felony convictions need not apply, as their applications will not be considered for this vacancy. Some misdemeanors will be evaluated on case by case basis, but those that originate from drug, or alcohol charges will be automatically rejected.
All candidates who apply for this position must agree to background screenings, prior to being considered for this position. Screenings include criminal records, drug and alcohol urinalysis, and employment records, so a strong and stable employment history is also important.
Pay & Benefits:
We offer competitive hourly compensation that reflects the candidate’s experience level, which will be discussed and determined during the interview.
One week paid vacation will be available on the first day following the candidates 6 month probationary period. Two weeks paid vacation time will be available after the second year of service.
Health benefits are not yet available for this position, however, we are willing to provide a 25% contribution to any independent health plans the candidate purchases.
Performance bonuses are available every thirty days if the specialist is eligible to receive them.
A specialist becomes eligible for the performance bonuses when they successfully convert 75% of the perspective customers they communicate with into qualified leads, who purchase services from our company, within the previous thirty day conversion cycle.
The specialist will enjoy the benefit of working from home, but will be required to clock in at 7:00am every morning, check in with our scheduling department after each customer conversion, via both video conferencing, and email.
The specialist is required to be available to make and receive phone calls from customers, and staff between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, with the exception of an hour lunch break between 12pm and 1:00pm.
The thirty minute block of time following the 7:00 am clock in is used to go over the previous day’s conversions, the current day’s expectations, and to strategize improvements in our overall performance as a team moving forward.
All office staff, including our lead generation specialists, are required to participate in this daily mandatory meeting. Which means, that all employees who are working from home are required to attend via video conference.
Payday is every other Friday via direct deposit, and will include all accumulated hours within the current pay cycle. Performance bonuses will be calculated, and distributed to those specialists who have achieved, or surpassed their 75% conversion rates, on the twenty eighth day of each month.
